RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Saint Monet, every order is prepared with care and attention to quality. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and in the experience you receive from our brand. Due to the nature of human hair products and for hygiene and quality-control purposes, certain return restrictions apply.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, and unaltered.
- In its original condition and packaging.
- Free from product, fragrance, smoke, makeup, or other signs of use.
- Returned with all original tags, bands, ties, lace, packaging, and protective materials intact.
Removing, cutting, or altering the original bundle ties, bands, or security seals will make the product ineligible for return.
Wigs, closures, and frontals must have the original lace intact and uncut. Products that have been installed, tried on in a manner that alters the product, customized, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, Saint Monet reserves the right to refuse any return that shows evidence of wear, use, installation, alteration, or tampering.
Starting a Return
Before sending an item back, please contact Saint Monet at therealsaintmonet@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product, if applicable
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Saint Monet or a verified defective item.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Saint Monet is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Saint Monet made an error with your order.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to post the refund. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn or installed hair
- Hair with cut or altered wefts
- Wigs with cut or altered lace
- Customized or made-to-order wigs
- Colored, bleached, chemically treated, washed, or altered hair
- Products without their original packaging, tags, bands, or security seals
- Gift cards
- Items specifically marked Final Sale
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact therealsaintmonet@gmail.com within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. Please do not install, wash, color, cut, or otherwise alter the hair before contacting us.
Saint Monet will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
Normal characteristics of human hair—including slight variations in texture, wave pattern, or color—may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchaseby contacting therealsaintmonet@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders that have already shipped will be subject to our standard return eligibility requirements.
Exchanges
We recommend returning an eligible item and placing a new order for the desired product rather than relying on a direct exchange. This allows your preferred length, texture, or product to be secured while inventory is available.
